Established in 2008, FMB Property Maintenance have provided maintenance services to Landlords and estate agents located Havering and Essex.  Our team are highly skilled with years of experience in all types of property maintenance ranging from quality painting and decorating to general garden landscaping. It is our aim to be able to provide Landlords and Estate Agents with a great contractor who can cover the major services required for re-letting property taking the stress away from  hiring multiple contractor to carry out the works. Based in the heart of Romford, Essex,  our team are available throughout the week to assist with property maintenance works. Our experienced staff are high trained and skilled in multiple trades, originally specialising in Painting and Decorating we expanded our services throughout the years recruiting skilled builders, plumbers and garden maintenance operatives. Over the past 10 years we have established good working relationships with Estate agents and Landlords building a reputation for efficient work standards and whilst providing a quick turnaround of the work.
